Chinese Green Beans with Pork

COOK TIME: 40 mins

TOTAL TIME: 1 hr




Ingredients


  • 500 grams pork mince

  • 1 kg green beans topped ,tailed and washed

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

  • 5 spring onions thinly sliced

  • 300 grams sliced mushrooms

  • 1 red chilli finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons red chilli paste

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons rice wine


Method


In a large frypan , heat the oil and place the green beans and fry till they blister, set aside

Place the garlic, ginger and spring onions and fry lightly till fragrant

Add the mince , chilli, mushrooms and chilli paste and fry till mince is cooked

Add the beans and stir through the soy sauce and rice wine, heat through

Ready to serve! Enjoy!
